do not wait and already book your rental now !!
The range is wide but not unlimited
Other travel agencies start booking rentals for 2026, one year in advance.
The House of Flames can provide a substantial but limited amount of rental bikes.
There is a free cancellation until 3 weeks before the start of the rental agreement.
What is required for the reservation :
A valid driver license, an identity card or passport,
A credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)
for the 2000€ damage deposit (in case of accidents, repairs), which will be blocked on your card
at pick-up and refunded after the damage free return of the motorcycle.

Important information when you decide to rent a bike
at House of Flames in Munich:
The ERA-team offers a PRE and POST-RIDE
PRE-RIDE OPTION from MUNICH to the starting point hotel.

o Friday July 3rd – Munich
o 10:00-12:00 Load your luggage on the ERA truck
o 10:00-12:00 Pick-up of your rental bike
o 13:00 Departure of the PRE-RIDE
o 18:00 Arrival at the start hotel
This option includes luggage transport by truck from the dealership to the start hotel,
a guided ride to the start hotel, with roadside assistance and an extra night at the hotel on July 3 rd.
Price (under investigation) per person.

Or you can arrange the pick-up on a date of your choice and meet us early, at least in the morning
on July 4th for the European Road Adventure registration.

POST-RIDE OPTION FOR THE RENTALS.
For the return of the rental bike to Munich you have three options:

You return the motorcycle to Munich yourself at your own pace.
Make sure you are clear on the return date with the dealership! -
You join the POST-RIDE and follow our leaders to Munich.(*)
This option includes luggage transport by truck, a three-day guided ride to Munich
with roadside assistance and two extra nights in hotels on the road.
Price (under investigation) per person. -
You let us take care of your rental bike.(*)
This option includes the return of your rental motorcycle by an ERA volunteer or by truck.
Price (under investigation) per rental motorcycle.
​(*) Important for option 2 and 3 the return date for your motocycle should be July 22th end of day.
